Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made fresh, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have a problem with your order, contact me.
Damaged Item
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, You can file a claim with USPS. Indique Clix is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items during shipping.
If your butter arrives melted, you may be eligible for store credit. Just take a snapshot of the product and send it in as an attachment by email to [email protected].
Shipping
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before the product is shipped. Shipping is through USPS and can take USPS 1-5 days for delivery. This does not include Holidays or weekends.
